An exclusive residential development on an island in the Persian Gulf, designed for Al Raha Beach, a newly expanded coastal district east of Abu Dhabi. The complex comprises of sixty villas of approx. 1,200 sqm immersed in the greenery of private and public gardens and designed to host three different lifestyles: Modern, Classic and Sealine. Green Island is the precursor to numerous other customized house configuration projects, which enable purchasers to choose from a range of sizes, interior designs and façade designs for their villas.
