The Hoxton, Rome

Along via Salaria, near Villa Borghese in the middle of the Parioli district, the 2021 opened the first Italian “The Hoxton”. 

The renovation of the existing Beverly Hills Hotel allowed to develop 192 rooms with the unique Hoxton style.  Lev-Arch jointly with Ennismore and Fettle design have driven the full renovation developing the new guestrooms layout, the large coffee bar and takeaway counter, including the light-flooded restaurant connected to the beautiful outdoor terrace at the ground floor faced to via Salaria.

The renovation project has been developed by enhancing all the architectural elements that are currently make aesthetics of this typica 1960 building. The project retains and restore the most valuable elements of this architecture by punctual intervention of parts and elements where the required keeping safe the aesthetic of the original design.
